Font info quick guide
Every typography style in this guide uses fonts already built into Squarespace’s library (as of April 2025). So you can apply these combinations right now without any complicated setup.
Availability in Squarespace
Already there: All recommended fonts are included in Squarespace’s font picker.
Adobe Fonts: Fonts like Adobe Garamond Pro are included via Squarespace’s Adobe Fonts integration — you don’t need a separate licence just to use them on your site.
Heads up: Font availability can change if Squarespace updates its Adobe partnership. If that happens, just pick the closest match from the current library — we’ll guide you if needed.
Using these fonts outside Squarespace
If you want the same fonts for brochures, social graphics, or other marketing materials:
Adobe Fonts – If you have an active Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, you can use these in apps like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc as well as elsewhere.
Google Fonts – These are free for commercial use and can be downloaded anytime from fonts.google.com.
Pro tip
Squarespace covers the licence for any fonts you use on your website. If you use a font in print materials or external designs, you need to make sure you have the right licence (via Adobe, Google, or a direct purchase from the foundry).
